I was looking something like this and it doesn't exists.
Maybe a thread prefix system, with categories and nested categories would be awesome.
Something like this:
In the first option box, imagine that you have Drinks category, when you select the category, in the second option box, now it will display Coca-Cola, Coffee, Tea.
Another example: select your forum software, vBulletin, MyBB, phpBB3, when you select one of those, in the second option box, it will display Select your version sofware.
The idea is that you could put unlimited option box (I think that with 3 is enough)
