Delete all CSS from a copy of the default theme. Problem solved.

Not quite. I started by replacing the default theme's CSS with the CSS file in the archive folder and then it was a bit of a mess after that and I got lost

Yeah I'm going through and deleting all the <img>'s and crap like that.

Realistically I've been wanting to do this for a long time and use it as a mobile/lite theme.

Should be easy to do more or less.

Should I include the On/Off/Offlock text?

Its almost been 5 days... I thought checking the attachments for approval was a daily routine for them.
