My misake.
When you open the zip file you need to upload cat.png and head.png to your ./images directory for theme to show correctly.

Nice theme, only thing that doesn't fit in is the blue bar at the bottom on forum display. should be the same as the header bar I think.

could some one that have installed show us a preview? or screenshots?
