Why when i change my theme my pulgins do not work??!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?
Because your plugins make template edits when you activate your plugins. How do you expect your plugins to make the edits on your new themes ?
Some plugins aren't able to find and replace the templates in certain themes, meaning the plugin's code isn't added and therefore you won't see anything.
Which are the plugins that don't work?

Uninstall/desactivate and install/activate them again. This might work.
