What is the template just for the replies and not for the thread?
I mean, i want the postbit in the thread to be normal, and in the replies I want to show only the avatar, if I remove the user details etc, they are removed too in the first post. How can I do it?

You can use something like Template Conditionals to remove it from reply versions of the postbit, or XThreads which allows use of a "postbit_first" template.

If you plan on releasing the theme, you'll need to include a plugin as well to apply different markup and style to replies. Otherwise Yumi's suggestion is probably easier.
