how i can add a adminastor to each forum in my site???

Do you mean a moderator?

It's "Administrator", and if you installed the forum, you should be already.
If someone had to "set" you as an Administrator, it'll affect everything.

You don't need to be manually set to each individual forum.

i need who can edid posts & .... in each forum in my site.
like: forum 1 ----> person 1
forum 2 ----> person 2

I'm pretty sure that he meant moderator.

Admin CP -> Forums & Posts -> Options (of the section you want to put a moderator) -> Moderators -> Add a user as Moderator -> Write the name of the member and then click Add User Moderator

They're called moderators.
