how do you add a plugin i cant find the correct folder please help

simple method :
first install plugin-uploader by following the instructions on this page : plugin-uploader

later you can install other plug-ins by uploading them to root folder of
your forums directory AND using the plugin-uploader in admin panel.

or upload from the root,
Public_html/Inc/plugins

but usualy it's ready with folders!
just upload the right folder directly to the root
