I uploaded Custom Forum Icons by Jammerx2 on my forum,
here's what I did.
Uploaded:

admin\modules\forum\cfi.php

and

inc\plugins\cfi.php

Now nothing works, not the admincp not the homepage
it comes up with error

Fatal error: Call to a member function add_breadcrumb_item() on a non-object in /home/poush/public_html/inc/plugins/cfi.php on line 3

is the error coming after activating the plug-in ? you can try renaming / removing the plug-in files

No, They were the only files in the folders that came with the download of the plugin.

I just uploaded them and rewrote the files already there, and went back to install and it was broken.

Just delete the files.

Alright I think I know what caused the problem,

it turns out My friend installed it just before I was going to.

So I uploaded and rewrote the files already there.

So now what do i do?

Just make sure all the files are there. Otherwise just upload the file in the inc/plugins folder, uninstall the plugin and start all over again.

Do you have a link from where you got the plugin?
