Can you tell us what the entry for $config['database']['table_prefix'] was? What was in that line?

Ok, the database prefix is correct. So that means you deleted the mybb_users table (as well as the mybb_sessions table, according to your other thread). Can you login to phpMyAdmin and check that those two tables exist?
