Can you just post the complete code? Something before line 138 might be causing line 138 to break. Also, can you try re-uploading the changed files package?

That is your /inc/settings.php file? Something's very wrong. A normal /inc/settings.php file looks nothing like that.

That's the problem then, you've got HTML and PHP in there. No idea what you've done to do this, do you have any plugins that have settings where you can put PHP or HTML in??

It's the Ad Manager, I think so.

Can you try disabling it and making sure that the settings are deleted too? Delete the /inc/settings.php after that too, so it will regenerate.

Your only option then is to delete that setting from the settings table. You shouldn't be putting PHP in the settings.
