We discovered that some of our users who have converted from SMF 1.1.14 to myBB 1.6.3 have unable to access to their user CP - I checked to make sure both usercp.php and usercp2.php were 644'ed. They are still unable to access with this error:

You do not have permission to access this page. Are you trying to access administrative pages or a resource that you shouldn't be? Check in the forum rules that you are allowed to perform this action.

We think it's a usergroup related problem. In the previous incarnation (SMF) we had some people that were not in a regular usergroup. Should we do something to assure that they have access?
