Is it possible to set a time between giving reputations to the same user?
Because I found out that some members just try to find a partner, and get/give all their reputations to that partner and this is becoming popular... They even opened a thread to find partners... Like they give their 5 reps to that partner, and get 5 reps from that partner.. everyday

I want to do something like, "wait 24 hours before giving a reputation to the same user"
is that possible?

Not sure if there is a plugin for this.
But you can disable "Allow Multiple Reputation" option in ACP -> Configuration -> Reputation.

Maybe, you should make a strict rule against it and warn/ban them. As its not a good practice to allow people to make topics for rep exchange.
