From "General Configuration" I have changed:

"Board Name"
"Homepage Name"
"Admin Email"
"Contact Us Link"

But it does not effect. I wait 3 days but It shows previous names and email.

Then I also "Optimize Database" from "Tools & Maintenance".
This also does not effect on these changed names and email.

Please help me. Thanks

I can see different board name , etc.. from the default. it appears that everything is changed as per the requirement !!

Means one set the board name and send to email then we cant change??

^ oh! they can be changed again. I guess your settings.php file is not writeable. if you visit
tools & maintenance section in admin panel then does the system warn of any incorrect CHMODs ...

I have to change it from file manager or from here any setting?? change to 777?

Yes, change it in the file manager. And it only needs to be set to 666.

I permit 666 to these files
./inc/config.php
./inc/settings.php

and 777 to folders
./inc/languages
./admin/backups

But I have another 2 issues.
