Yea but from what I gathered its just a couple of buttons is it not? Id understand if it was a complete theme or something, but the hassle your going to just to have a few buttons removed is ridiculas. Chances are, those buttons are floating around on several other websites too. Its life, its the internet, get over it.

If he created those buttons then he has every right to send a DMCA notice. I've done it myself over a single image.
