add scripts in your forum posts
HTML? Go to Forums and Posts > Forum Management > Specify which forum you want to enable HTML in > Edit Forum Settings > Check the "Allow HTML in Posts" option

well actually i meant if user can add scripts in there posts

Yes, a user probably can add scripts to posts if you enable HTML in posts, but it is highly recommended that you don't enable HTML.
