I'm guilty of mistake six, however I didn't recruit off-site.

I think we've all done Mistake Six at one point or another. It's good you recruited on-site though. Also, that's fair, if you can handle it as a lone admin, that's great. I, and others (I'm sure) enjoy passing our ideas to someone else, to find flaws and such.
