since I moved hosts my mass mail system is getting stuck at 42% completion and is sending 20 / 30 emails to the same users while not getting to other users at all.

Any ideas?

Considering you just switched hosts, I would contact your new web host about this.

im using mybb 1.6.3 and I would imagine my hosts will just tell me to ask mybb as its a mybb feature.

FYI, I used it all the time before without ever an issue

Do you know what user is getting it multiple times?? What's their username??

loads, it seems once it hits 42% of the users it sticks and just keeps going around and around.

50 per page using html and plain text
