Correct.
Yes, unless they're able to give you a database backup, which is unlikely. Unless you can go to ACP > Tools & Maintenance > Database Backups and take a backup here, but I expect they've disabled this.

Well that's a pretty big disadvantage in itself. You can't upload plugins. You can't upload themes. If we release a security update, you have to wait for them to apply it. You basically have very little control over your own forum. Plus, we can't support you here, as you don't have access to anything, and your forum isn't set up in the normal way, so you have to use their support.
It would have been really helpful If they could give me a database backup for once w/o any charges. And how can I contact MyBB New?

Is there any way for that? Then I could create a new Hosted forum, and run it as I am supposed to.
As I said in your last thread, I'm not sure how we would know how to contact them any more than you, you're the one who hosts with them, surely you must know how to get in contact with them Undecided
The contact link on their homepage leads to http://www.support.smfnew.com/

So I assume you'd have to create a thread somewhere.
Thanks, that will help. Now I need some instructions on Installation, as I mentioned in the main post of this thread.
So do you already have another host...?? With FTP login details??
I dunno why you don't want us to link you to the Wiki. It's incredibly detailed and is really easy to understand:

True. But read the main post, it has the details for only some steps, which I can't understand from the Wiki.
