Your web host disabled the exec() function. You need to ask them to enable it.

i asked them :
he say because security we disabled that !? what i must to do
is that more security if its disabled ?!

i can suggest a new host for you that does not have the problem its post for hosting though ?

The default inc/class_parser.php has only 1163 lines.

Re-upload ./inc/class_parser.php from a fresh download. Although the result is most likely going to be the same if your web host has disabled the exec() function in their PHP config.

Have you looked at the code, faviouz? There is no exec() in the entire file.

Yes, I have. But that doesn't change the fact that if his web host disabled exec() he will get a similar error.
