I agree. You'll probably have to pay a fee to the CreateMyBB people to get your database backup. And since you don't have much content, I don't think you'd find it worth it to pay for.
If you do get the database backup, however, then simply install MyBB on your new server, and then restore the database backup on top of your new installation.
