Here are some suggestions from me.
1. Auto -save thread which can be restored later.
2. Built-in FB Connect
3. Board Messages with user group options and some others like from x time to x.. etc
That's it

No, it's not. I think you didn't noticed the phrase "Auto -save". If you've used vB4 then you'll know what this is?

That's a reasonably good idea but surely it's no different from clicking edit and copying the whole post?
