I'm sorry but I don't think any one would take a risk like that. For an admin, there are some points of consideration;
- Registered here for more then a year.
- Good background for managing mybb.
- Contributed / Helped users in the past.
- Users satisfaction.

Just because someone isn't great techinically doesn't mean they don't know how to deal with users. I know some great programmers, that couldn't run anything. Some times you need a partner that is a people person.

I agree with Aristotle. But you should show your previous experiences and what are the stuffs you are good at, like gaming, programming, etc; and some past experiences.

I think you should go for an admin position in your native language if you really think you have a shot; your inability to speak English well will probably deter most forum owners (of English-speaking forums anyway) to not hiring you.
