I would like to add the plugin Message Bar. But I don't know how.

How do you upload it and to where? I'm using createmybb.

If you are using createmybb then you can't add new plugins.

Actually, never use 000webhost. They are probably the worst web host in the world. Pick one from the "I need a webhost!" thread and follow the installation instructions:
