What are you specifying for the image URL in the Affiliate plugin? In your forum, the image link is broken. It is:

http://www.fengyanforum.org/forum/upload.../april.jpg

When it should be:

http://www.fengyanforum.org/forum/upload.../april.jpg

Which means you're specifying the wrong path to the image.
