Whenever a member tries to register at the forum, this error message comes up:
I also tried registering the member from the Admin CP and get the same error. I have yet to try the Facebook registration but I presume it would be the same.

In addition to this, when I try a member's 'Additional User Groups' in the Admin CP, I get this error:
