Might not be a bad idea, since someone could register that account and an admin not notice, with the password 'password'. The reason I suggest this is because some themes use auto-filled login forms with that stuff in it, and a forum n00b could accidentally hit the login button and go on a wtf-spree.

Just a thought anyways.

Banning > Disallowed Usernames. Add them to that
