Okay so I want to change the logo on my site so I went to Templates & Styles > Themes > Theme Name (8e) > Scrolled down to "Edit Theme Properties" > Board Logo. I then went to my FTP and went to Images > 8e and deleted the current logo and added my one in which is called logo.gif. I then went back to my ACP and put in images/8e/logo.gif but then when I went back to my forum and refreshed my page the default logo was still there!? How do I change it then? Is there another way I have to do it?

check in header template . if logo image is not coded in header then it could be in global.css
giving forum URL (sometimes) helps in providing better suggestions !!

It looks like it has 8888888 instead of your logo image URL.
