I want to add standard Bookmarking buttons in Post Bit Template. But it shows the buttons on every post.

How can I make it to show the buttons only on the first post of each thread?

Install the PHP in Templates plugin and wrap your bookmarking buttons inside this:

<if $postcounter == 1 then>
//example
</if>
