Introduction and Promotion Topics are allowed and counted as a topic each.
So if you do an intro then an advertisement about your site in the correct area that is 2 out of the remaining complete.
Just reply here but do not start until you have my okay. If you post without my okay I reserve the right to count those topics as freely posts.
Mixtures of posts/topics inside the exchange please. Topics/Posts do not have to be an extended length and as such one sentence (Five words etc) are fine. So long as you understand the length of your content will be the length of mine on your forum.
