Hey Guys,

I installed Help Center to my forum and well how do users submit tickets?
We have it installed correctly I believe but I am not sure where people submit tickets for their issue.

Have a similar problem with the Help Center install although this time I can see the helpcenter.php but the menu item isn't showing up under 'tools and maintenance' in admin. The plugin has been uploaded and actived.

Have you uploaded some file probably in modules to admin directory folder? (prolly in tools folder inside admin)
