Hi,

I need a plugin,which would make a requirement of X amount of posts in order to give reputations to people.

There should be an option, which usergroups can bypass this requirement.

Well, my forum has quite a lot of members already.. I just need a template edit/plugin whatever.

Try Minimum Posts Suite. Besides all the other settings, it allows you to set a minimum amount of posts before users can give reputations:

It's buggy and doesn't work (at least for me). It says 1.4x as well..
