Hi,
I uploaded a plugin and it crashed my entire database and I have reinstalled now I have no idea how to upload a back up. I cant see an option anywhere to do that. I did have the SQL thing but, I am not sure. what they mean.

Just import the database backup to a new one in phpmyadmin, and change your inc/config.php to point to new database.

Where is phpadmin?

In your host's control panel.

I am looking in my host control panel and there doesnt seem to be a phpmyadmin.
