Can someone please help me im trying to set up the email function with no luck. I use zymic for my hosting and they will alow me to use php email but i have no idea how to set it up. I looked at the Wiki still with no luck.
If Zymic has the mail() function enabled, MyBB should be able to send out emails just fine.
I dont have to vchange any settings just change smtp to php
So you don't want to use PHP mail, but rather SMTP?
Go to Admin CP > Configuration > Settings > Mail Settings > Mail handler > SMTP mail.
No smtp wont work so i paid the 10 bucks for zymic to turn on mail() and im guessing i have to use php but there are no settings when i select php to set.

works now must have just been a delay can I ask you onemore thing ajax has a pm notifier there is a file called pm.php what do i have to do with that.
