Is there any plugin that detect double post or threads or anyone can make this plugin ?

We have a "Duplicate Posts Eraser" for subscribers here :

It will prevent anyone from posting duplicate content...

thx for your replay but i really need a scanner that find double posts/threads and let me chose wath to erasse
