How to change the time format of threads on index page.:

i want to change the circled time like : 07-10-2011 08:12 PM

how to do it..?

admin panel --> confoguration --> settings --> Date and Time Formats --> Date Format
use this format : d-m-Y

user control panel also has a similar setting for the members (edit options --> Date and Time Options)
