You want a link to appear only for a selected usergroup, which when clicked will take to a hidden forum they have access to?

yes....and i want to make shortcuts for all members so that they'll be able to go directly to the topic that has the rules
basically i need to make a shortcut topic that will appear only for guest and one that will appear for all members
