1. Where can I read the announcement? Or do you mean that:

2. Is that normal that I cannot connect to the server?
3. What can I do? I don't know the wehbost because the other admin didn't told.

Thanks for your support. I hope it will fixxed soon.
It fixxed, but i still cannot connect with the server.
