Something I get very annoyed is that everytime I want to "like" a post on facebook I need to copy the text from the forum, as facebook gets the forum description as default.
I would thought this wouid be as default in mybb or at least in some SEO plugin, but as far as I could find out it does not.
So I thought in trying out myself. How can I extract the first 400 characters from the post? And how can I do this so that it will apear on a meta tag? I know that he headerinclude template is the place to include it.
By the way, I'm using the meta tags plugin:

But the problem is that it shows the same meta description for all pages.
In the meta plugin there is this option:
Excluded_Pages
Specify pages where Meta tags are hidden. (By default syndication page is hidden) Separate with , if more then one.
The content of this option has already "search.php,misc.php,"
How could I add also the threads page to it? (I use Google SEO (1.1.13))
