So it's just a testing a forum and your complaining that you put so much hard work into it?
Most hackers would target larger forums with millions of posts, not a test forum on a free host with a free subdomain.
Also 99% of hackers would leave their alias on the deface page and make a big scene. The 'deface' page that was on your test forum had 6 lines of text.
I have a strong doubt that this is a legit hacking.
I think hes just trying to seek attention.
