This is something new i see for the first time. Im getting registration error " invalid action " despite registration form was filled with info and image verification also pass but still getting " invalid action " ..
any idea folkss !!!

This. Seems that you've installed something that modifies registration on your forum and that this is causing it to not work correctly.
Thanks for your Help....This Below Plugin Was causing Registration Error. However, I have used it before it didnt cause any issue...all of a sudden it started acting weirdly.
Deactivated solved the problem.
