Hy, i know a mybb forum which hosts pirated content...i was wondering if mybb itself can delete that kind of forum?

They're free to host whatever kind of content they want. However, MyBB does not offer support to forums that violate the Support eligibility policy:

It is not possible. And MyBB are creating the software. They dont know who is using their software for what purpose and on which site. So answer in simple words in no.

*rofl* How on earth are they supposed to delete something that's hosted somewhere else?

There could theoretically be some deep dark secret php script that does that.

Yeah! But MyBB is opensource and there is no way they can hide a code.
