hi dears
yesterday i restore my db and all things back but !! all characters is not UTF8 . mean i don't us En. language .

before restore we havint problem . but know i PHPmyadmin i checked all filids is UTF and in ACP i convert to UTF-8

but sitel i have problem in ACP and FORUM :

please any solution ?
