a simple suggestion is to re-upload admin directory from your myBB package !!

My guess is that you didn't upload the language files.

Make sure all files inside ./inc/languages/english/admin are CHMOD'ed to 666.

I solved this problem.
/inc/languages/english/admin are CHMOD'ed to 755
