Do i need to install any plugin or is it already have in default admin panel..
Or need to add some coding??

it is called navigation available at below path

admin panel --> templates --> your current templates set --> Navigation Templates

It is called "breadcrumb navigation" and is a standard feature, not a plugin.
You find it in the Templates under "Navigation Templates".
