I'm having difficulties with RSS. Isn't it meant to be real-time? It doesn't seem to update at all. I need to regenerate the feed and obviously that defeats the purpose of RSS. Any ideas?

I feel kinda stupid now actually, because on the RSS widget I'm using it did just update fine. A member did report problems, though. Here's the feed URL, but keep in mind the forum is recently in an inactive state and I'm often busy so I'm finding it hard to keep a good flow of posts. (Not easy with a niche forum...)

I don't expect you to wait around for a thread update, but if you're able to if you use a syndication program that would be great.
