Hello again,
is any way to make the registered group can see threads and posts from a moderator but cannot see post from another registered user?

I think that's not possible without a plug-in AND such plug-in may not be available yet..

a myBB forum can have a private section in which a member can see & respond to own topics.
cannot see other members' topics. staff having the required privileges can only see all topics..

damm i understand.
something else, from where i can enable to approve or not a new reply?

^ moderation options are to be setup for each forum / sub-forum.

admin panel --> forums & posts --> Forum Management -->

click on options button for a forum & select Edit Forum -->
Additional Forum Options --> Moderation Options -->

* Yes, moderate new posts
* Yes, moderate new threads
* Yes, moderate new attachments
* Yes, moderate posts after they've been edited

check required & click on save forum at the bottom of page

OMG i passed these steps 100 times and it was just in front of my eyes.
