Well see i like how this site has a tabs on top. I want my site to have that. So what plugin is that?

it is not by a plug-in. it is a customized menu with required effects thru CSS

How do i do that? I really want my style like this site.

A. Hire a designer
B. Learn HTML and CSS

Pick one. (Or both)

I want the little tabs on the top. So i guess its called navbar. Where do i download it?
