Can someone help me out. When I try going to my forums this pops up...Does anyone know how to fix this?

MyBB SQL Error

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
    145 - Table '.\forums\mybb_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
Query:
    DELETE FROM mybb_sessions WHERE ip='***.***.*.*' 

Run this query in phpmyadmin:

repair table mybb_sessions;
