How did u no I use sqlite

Because that's the type of error that SQLite produces.

That has to do with your host, we have no way of telling you how to check.

Well, you would have clicked on databases and created them.

I made one but idk were to put them here's the things

It has been asked before but let me ask this again: why are you installing an old version of mybb?
Your installer says it wants to install 1.4.8 but the current version is 1.6.3
You will have a lot of other issues even if you succeed in installing because support for the 1.4 version has expired.
