Hey.

I asked this a while back but got no response that helped me.

So what my problem is that I have installed the plugin "custom forum icons", most of you maybe familiar with it. It allows you to manually add in an icon for each forum you have. This is where my problem comes in. I have installed the plugin fine and everything looks good in the ACP. I upload an image making sure its a .gif which the author of the plugin said to do. I upload the image in the ACP and still in the ACP it shows me a preview of the image and it looks fine but then when I go to look at the icon in the forum it is broken?

Why is this happening? Do I need to upload the image to a folder in my FTP?

I haven't activated the plugin though. If it will help you then I will activate it.

I won't be able to diagnose the problem if it's not activated.

For some reason the images aren't showing up at all now.
